included a synopsis of the property, School Street design guidelines, and improvements the
property owner would like to make to the property.
Mr. George, property owner, 5716 Henwick Lane, spoke regarding this request. He supplied
sample materials for doors and windows, soffit, fascia, and a mockup of the gutter system and
Doric column. Mr. George explained that the columns on the front porch will consist of fiberglass
that is circular with a square base. He is proposing to replace the lower front window with wood
clad and the two dormer windows with vinyl. The front door will consist of a thermal type door
and the existing transom will be incorporated into the front door.
