FIRST AMENDMENT TO RESTRICTIVE AND PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FOR
WOODS ESTATES OF RIVERDALE SECOND ADDITION
The undersigned, Woods S & K Capital, Inc., as owner and
proprietor of the real estate comprising the following Lots in
WOODS ESTATES OF RIVERDALE SECOND ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
RIVERDALE, SCOTT COUNTY, IOWA;
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 & 23 of Woods Estates of Riverdale,
Second Addition to the City of Riverdale, Scott County, Iowa.
Woods S & K Capital, Inc., does hereby establish the
following Amendment to Restrictive and Protective Covenants which
shall be Covenants running with the land, to -wit:
1. All water meters installed in any residential or
commercial property, after the date of recording of this
instrument, must have one inch (1") water meter and NOT a five -
eighths inch (5e") water meter.
