RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE CITY'S ANNUAL
FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2022
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, has been prepared and
public notice was published on November 3, 2022, as required by the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, Brent Hinson, contracted City Administrator, has completed a correct and complete Annual
Financial Report for the City for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022; and,
WHEREAS, the Annual Financial Report is due by December 1, 2022; and,
WHEREAS, the State of Iowa also requires Council to approve the Annual Financial Report prior to
submitted it to the State of Iowa by December 1, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1: The Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022, is accepted and
approved.
Section 2: Staff members are authorized to submit the Annual Financial Report to the State of Iowa
by or before December 1, 2022.
Passed and approved this 8th day of November 2022.
