RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ANNUAL NPDES REPORT
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, the City is required to submit an annual National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System
(NPDES) report to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources by October 31, 2022; and,
WHEREAS, Chris Cooper, PE, of MSA Professional Services, has prepared and presented a comprehensive
and accurate report for the City; and,
WHEREAS, Council recognizes the report and its recommendations.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa, that:
Section 1: The report is accepted and affirmed as submitted.
Section 2: The Mayor is authorized to sign and accept the NPDES annual report for 2022 on behalf of
the City.
