Karen Mennenga, Library Director, presented the Library Report.
Greg Winger, Fire Chief, presented the Fire Department Report. There was discussion on the need
for an AED unit in the rescue truck. Eilderts moved to purchase a Zoll AED Unit. A Community Support
grant through Alliant Energy will be completed to cover a portion of the costs. The balance will be paid out
of the Ambulance Equipment Fund. Minteer seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
Jamie Madden, Public Works, presented the Public Works Report. Grader tires need replacing.
Minteer moved to replace 4 grader tires. Purchase to be made at Frontier Tires at a cost of $1,000 per tire.

At 7:40 p.m. the Mayor declared that this was the time and place for a public hearing on the FY 2020
Budget. Being there were no oral or written objections the Mayor closed the Public Hearing at 7:42 p.m.
Minteer moved to approved Resolution 03-2019 a resolution adopting the FY 2020 Budget. Eilderts
seconded the motion. Roll call of votes. All ayes, motion carried.
Council reviewed copier quotes. A decision was made to keep our existing copier and pay the
balance due after the lease xuns out with no maintenance agreement.
Minteer moved to adjourn the meeting. Eiten seconded the motion. All ayes, carried.
