AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND PROVIDING FOR
SALARIES OF CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF
THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS BY INCORPORATING
BY REFERENCE THE DECEMBER 21, 1993 VERSION OF
THE "BEL AIRE POLICE DEPARTMENT PAY PLAN".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
Section I.
Incorporating Police De~artment Pay Plan
There is hereby incorporated by reference, for the purpose of
establishing and providing salaries of certain officers and
employees of the Bel Aire Police Department, the December 21, 1993
version of the Bel Aire Police Department document entitled the
"Bel Aire Police Department Pay Plan". No fewer than three (3)
copies of said Bel Aire Police Department Pay Plan shall be marked
"Official Copy as adopted by Ordinance No. ;J. If / ," to which shall
be attached a copy of this Ordinance, and filed with the City Clerk
to be open to inspection and available to the public at all
reasonable hours.
Section 2.
Effective Date
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its publication in the official city newspaper.
