ORDINANCE NO. 1980-89
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND 'ORDINANCE N0. 74 Establishing official posting
places to, publish and post notices and ordinances for the City of Tiffin,
Iowa.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA:
SECTION I. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend
Ordinance No. 74 which set out the various places in the City of Tiffin,
Iowa where official notices and ordinances were posted.
SECTION II. Amendment. Section°II of Ordinance No. 74 of the City
of Tiffin Ordinances is repealed and the following Section II is
substituted in lieu thereof'
SECTIONJII. Officials=posting places. The following places
and establishments are hereby designated as officials posting places to
publish and post notices and ordinances for the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
a) Tiffin City Hall
b) Morgan's Standard
c) Flansburg Hardware
d) U. S. Post Office,
SECTION III. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict
with the provisions of this ordinance are repealed.
SECTION IV. Saving Clause. If any section, provision, or part of
this ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such
adjucication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole,
or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or
unconstitutional.
SECTION V. When Effective. This ordinance shall be in effect after its
final passage, approval, and publication, as provided by law.

ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL POSTING PLACES TO PUBLISH AND POST NOTICES AND
ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IOWA was published on the /7 day

the limits, two of which places are the mayor's office and the post office.
