Brewster Town Office Building
Chairman Richard Judd convened the Planning Board meeting at 6:30 pin in the Brewster Town Office
Building with members: William Hoag, Elizabeth Taylor and Kari Hoffmann present.
Absent: Scott Collum and Nick deRuyter
The Chair read the Recording or Taping Notification:
"As required by the Open Meeting Law we are informing you that the Town will be audio and video taping
this public meeting. In addition, if anyone else intends to audio or video tape this meeting lie or she is
required to inform the chair."
6:30 pm Planning Board Discussion
Stormwater Bylaws and Regulations - Discussion of current draft of the proposed Storinwater
Bylaw and Regulations
Board Discussion:
Board Members made changes to the Bylaw as shown on the attached document.
Board discusses when another work session is going to take place. Put on agenda for August 12,
2015 to have full Board available to discuss dates.
Judd -Any applicants for Planning Board position
Leven -Advises that she is meeting with someone on Friday, July 31, 2015.
MOTION by William Hoag to adjourn, Second by Elizabeth Taylor,Vote: 4-0-0.
Meeting adjourned 8:00 p.m.
