applicant is proposing a 50 space parking lot. The existing paved parking area is to be expanded with 30 spaces and
a new entrance off of Sachemus Trail. Landscaping is proposed. Waivers are being sought for space size.

The applicant is proposing to operate a small batch coffee roaster and Limited Service Restaurant to serve coffee and
other consumables on site.
