• EXECUTIVE SESSION -To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have
detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares.

Application for Modification of a Definitive Subdivision Plan: #f2015-18 —Applicant: Pamela
Lloyd-Baker, Owner: Pamela Lloyd-Baker; Representative: Peter Soule, PLS, for property located at
42 Warrens Rd., Assessors' Map 38, Lot 75 (formerly Map 2, Lot 33) in the RM Zoning District. The
applicant is proposing to modify a previously approved subdivision to create two buildable lots and two
non-buildable lots.
The plans and applications are available for viewing during normal business hours at the Planning
