RESOLUTION NO, 81 -2017
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING THE APPLICATION FOR
PEDESTRIAN FUNDS AUTHORIZED UNDER SB 821 AND
APPROVING THE.ADOPTION OF ITS SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, SB 821 provides that 2% of each County's total Local
Transportation Fund be annually set aside and used to fund the
development of bicycle and pedestrian facilities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City has planned a Sidewalk
Improvement Program; and
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City desires to cons

NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City
does resolve as follows:
1. To authorize the City Manager as the City's authorized
signature and designated contact person.;
20 To apply for all funds available to the City of Temple
City allocated for Pedestrian facilities (SB 821).
