ADDENDUM NO. 1
JANUARY 15, 2021
The attention of bidders submitting proposals for the subject project at the Watertown Middle School, at
68 Waverly Avenue, is called to the following addendum to the contract. The items set forth herein,
whether of omission, addition, substitution or clarification are all to be included in and form a part of the
proposal submitted.
THE NUMBER OF THIS ADDENDUM (NO. 1) MUST BE ENTERED IN THE APPROPRIATE SPACE B
ON THE CONTRACT FORM ENTITLED "FORM OF GENERAL BID" AND IN SPACE B OF THE
"FORM FOR SUB-BID".
A. DRAWING CHANGES:
1. Electrical Sheet E001:
1.1. REPLACE panel circuit no. "LP1" with "LP4" at all instances shown in the Mechanical
Equipment Coordination Schedule.
2. Electrical Sheet E100:
2.1. REPLACE "LP1" tag with "LP4" at all instances shown on the drawing.
B. BIDDER QUESTIONS:
Q1: Where is the location of electrical panel LP1 as referenced on the electrical drawings?
Al: Electrical panel LP1 is a mislabel, any reference to electrical panel "LP1" shall be revised to
"LP4" see drawing changes above.
Q2: Can you confirm that the EST fire alarm system is not a voice system?
A2: The fire alarm system is not a voice system.
Q3: Are there any existing photos of the roof for reference?
A3: See reference photos below of the roof:
