The attention of bidders submitting proposals for the subject project at the Watertown Middle School, at
68 Waverly Avenue, is called to the following addendum to the contract. The items set forth herein,
whether of omission, addition, substitution or clarification are all to be included in and form a part of the
proposal submitted.
THE NUMBER OF THIS ADDENDUM (NO. 2) MUST BE ENTERED IN THE APPROPRIATE SPACE B
ON THE CONTRACT FORM ENTITLED "FORM OF GENERAL BID"
The intent of this Addendum is to formally release the Filed Sub-Bid Tabulation results from the
January 19t", 2021 Filed Sub Bid opening. Acknowledgement of this Addendum #2 will be required for
bidders submitting General Bids for the February 2nd, 2021 General Bid opening.
