Courthouse Commons Groundbreaking on Wednesday, March
25, 2015 in downtown Leesburg
Leesburg, VA (March 20, 2015) – Ellisdale Construction and Development will hold a
groundbreaking ceremony for their latest Leesburg project, Courthouse Commons, on
Wednesday, March 25, 2015, at 5:00pm.
Located at 109-111 East Market Street in downtown Leesburg, Courthouse Commons is a
historic district infill/redevelopment project. When completed, the project will total 21,000
square feet of office space and below-ground parking. As part of the project, a two-story
historic house currently on the site will be renovated. A rendering of the completed project is
attached.
Courthouse Commons is Ellisdale’s fifth project in Leesburg. Previous projects include Leesburg
Central (106 Harrison St SE and 201 Loudoun St SE) and 209-211 Church Street SE.
