AN ORDINANCE AD'IENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF
SAID ORDINi~NCE NO. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood. does ordain
as follows:
' Section 1. The official land. use plan of the City of
Lynwood., as established. by Ordinance No. 570,is hereby amended. by
reclassifying Lots 167 - 177 and. Lots 148 - 157, Tract No. 5222
from Zone R-1 to Zone R-3.
Section 2. The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part A-4 of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood., being a part of said. Ordinance No. 570
and. which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and. to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed., published., and. circulated in the-City of
Lynwood..
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Lynwood held. on the 20th day of May, 1958, and. finally
adopted. and. ordered. published. at a regular meeting of said. Council
held. on the 4th day of June, 1958, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen English, Finch, Pend.er Summers.
