AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1979-83 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA BY CHANGING THE USE REGULATIONS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM R-1 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO R-2 DUPLEX.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY""OF TJNFIN, IOWA:
SECTION I. Purpose. The purpose of this ordinance is to amend the
zoning map of the Zoning Ordinance No. 1979-83 of the Municipal Code
of Tiffin, Iowa by changing the use classification of the real estate
described in Section II, from R-1 Single-Family Residential to R-2
Duplex.
SECTION II. Amendment. The lot hereinafter described shall be zoned
as follows:
From R-1 Single-Family Residential to R-2 Duplex, the following lot:
Lot No. 11, Sadler Subdivision, Tiffin, Iowa, according to the
recorded plat thereof.
SECTION III. Authorization. The mayor or other appointee of the
City Council is hereby authorized and directed to change the zoning map
of the City of Tiffin, Iowa which was duly recorded in Book 19, page 53,
Records of Johnson County, to conform to this amendment upon the final
passage, approval and publication of the ordinance as provided by law.
SECTION IV. Certification. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to-certify a copy of this ordinance to the County Recorder of
Johnson County, Iowa, upon final passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
SECTION V. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are repealed.
SECTION VI. Saving Clause. If any section, provision or part of
of this ordinance shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional
such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a
whole, or any section, provision or part thereof not adjudged invalid
or unconstitutional.
SECTION VII. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be effective after
its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.

The foregoing ordinance entitled AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1979-83 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF TIFFIN, IOWA BY CHANGING THE
USE REGULATIONS OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-1 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO
