ORDINANCE N0, 670
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY ~F LYNWOOD, CALIFORNIA,
FIXING THE C®MPENSATION OF THE CITY CLERK AND THE
CITY TREASURER OF THE SAID CITY, AND REPEALING
ORDINANCES NUMBERS 451 AND 524 OF SAID CITY,
The City Council of the City of Lynwood. does ordain as
follows:
Section l: That the salary or compensation of the City
Clerk of the City of Lynwood., California, shall be payable on the
5th and. 20th days of each month, and. is hereby fixed. and. established.
in the sum of Five Hundred. and. No/100ths Dollars ($500.00) per month,
effective July 1, 1958.
Section 2: That the salary and compensation of the City
Treasurer of the City of Lynwood., California, shall be payable on the
5th and. 20th days of each month, and. is hereby fixed. and. established.
in the sum of Five Hundred. and. No/100ths Dollars ($500.00) per month,
effective July 1, 1958.
Section 3: That Ordinances Numbers 451 and. 524 of the
City of Lynwood. are hereby repealed..
Section 5: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and. shall cause the same to be published. once in the
Lynwood. Press, a newspaper of general circulation, published. and.
circulated. in said. City of Lynwood..
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said.
City held. on the 18th day of February, 1958, and. finally adopted. and.
ordered. published. at a regular meeting of said. Council held. on the
4th d.ay of March, 1958, by the following vote:
