AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERT~LS
AND THE ADOPTION bF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0,
570•
The City Council of the City of Lynwood. does ordain as
foflows~:
Section l: The official land. use plan of the City of Lynwood.
as established. by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended. by reclassifying
Lot 13, Tract No.,14785 from Zone R-1 td Zone R-3.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part e-E of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood., being a part of said. Ordinance No. 570
and. which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and. to .cause the same
to be published. once in the Lynwood. Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed., published, and. circulated. in the City of Lynwood
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council .of said.
City held. on .the 15th day of October, 1957, and finally adopted. and.
ordered. published. at a regular meeting of said. Council held on the
5th day of November, 1957, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Compton, Finch, McMeekin, Pender,
and Summers.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent:Councilmen None,
