AN ORDINANCE. AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN•
PROPERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED
SECTION .OF THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS-A PART
OF SAID ORDINANCE N0. 570
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land. use plan of the City of
Lynwood. as established by Ord.i_nance No. 570 is hereby amended. by
classifying that property known as "Ozell Manor Annex No. 8" as
Zone R-3.
` ,Section 2: The said. classification shall apply in the
manner set forth. in detail in the amendatory part of the zoning map
of the City of Lynwood., being a part of said. Ordinance No, 570 and.
which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and. directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published. once in the Lynwood. Press, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed., published, and: circulated in the City of 'Lynwood..
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held. on the 20th day of August, 1957, and. finally adopted.
and. ordered. published. at an adjourned. regular meeting of said•Council
held. on the 26th day of August, 1957 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Compton, Finch, McMeekin, Pender.
" Noes: Councilmen: None.
