AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR. THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
No. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood. does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land. use plan. of the City of
Lynwood. as established by ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended. by
classifying that property known as Alameda Streets Annexes Number
2 and. 3 as M-2.
Section 2: The said. classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood., being a part of said. Ordinance No. 570
and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and. directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published. once in the Lynwood. Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed., published., and circulated. in the City of
Lynwood..
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said. City held. on the 19th day of February, 1957 and. finally adopted.
and ordered. published. at a'regular meeting of said. Council held. on
the 5th day of February, 1957, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Compton, Finch, McMeekin, Pend.er,
and. Summers.
Noes: Councilmen None.
