RESOLUTION ACCEPTING MSA PROFESSIONAL SERVICES'
CERTIFICATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE
BICENTENNIAL PARK EMERGENCY ACCESS ROUTE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the City of Riverdale, Iowa ("City") is a municipal corporation, organized and operating under
the laws of the State of Iowa; and,
WHEREAS, MSA Professional Services has submitted a Certificate of Substantial Completion for the
Bicentennial Park Emergency Access Route project; and,
WHEREAS, MSA Professional Services states that the construction provided for pursuant to contract
documents including all approved amendments and change orders has been completed to the best of
their knowledge and is in substantial compliance with the provision of the contract documents; and,
WHEREAS, MSA Professional Services recommends that the Certificate of Substantial Completion is
accepted; and,
WHEREAS, this action requires no funding source.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIVERDALE, IOWA,
THAT:
Section 1: The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of Substantial Completion.
