COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JULY 1, 2019
CALL TO ORDER
In the absence of Mayor Carrie Tergin, President Pro Tempore Rick Mihalevich called
the July 1, 2019 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at 5:47 P.M. to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Graham, Kemna, Mihalevich, Prather, Schreiber, and
Wiseman
Absent: Hensley, Hussey, and Ward
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilman Graham will lead the prayer.
Miscellaneous
- Item 4(a.) will be removed from the agenda. Mr. Roberson would like to
attend an August City Council meeting.
Announcements
- Kris Scheperle will make a “Salute to America” announcement.
Bills Introduced
- Sonny Sanders, Director of Planning and Protective Services will present bills
2019-025 and 2019-026.
- Britt Smith, Director of Operations for Public Works will present bills 2019 -
027, 2019-028, 2019-029, 2019-030, and 2019-031.
- Ryan Moehlman, City Counselor will present bill 2019 -032.
Bills Pending
- Mr. Smith will present bills 2019-019, 2019-020, and 2019-021
- Mr. Moehlman will present bills 2019-022 and 2019-023.
