ORDINANCE N0. 656
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO.
570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood. does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: The official land. use plan of the City of
Lynwood. as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended- by
classifying that property known as "Ozell Manor Annex No. 6" as
Zone R-3.
Section 2: The said. classification shall apply iri the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part of the zoning map
of the City of Lynwood., being a part of said. Ordinance No. 570 and.
which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and. directed.
to certify to the passage o£ this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published. once in the Lynwood. Press, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed, published., and circulated. in the_City of Lynwood..
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said. City held. on the 20th day of November, 1956, and. finally
adopted. and. ordered. published. at a regular meeting of said_Council
held. on the 4th day of December, 1956 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Compton, Finch, McMeekin
Pender, and. Summers,
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent;Councilmen None.
