ORDINANCE N0. 655
AN ORDINANCE ,AMENDING. ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE: ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE NO.
570•
The City Council of the City of Lynwood. does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood. as established. by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended. by
reclassifying that certain property described. below from .Zone R-3
to Zones C-2 and P-l:
Lots. 5, 57, 65, 66, 67, 115, 116, 117, 118, 128, 129,
130 (SW 40 ft of ), 168~(ex the my 25 ft of ), 169, 170, 171,
Licensed. Surveyor's Map, Book 16, Page 37, from Zone R-3 to.Zone
C-2;
The ndrtherly 25 ft of Ldt 168, Licensed. Surveyors
Map, Book 16, Page 37, from Zone R-3 to Zone .P-1.
Section 2: The said. classifications shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part 2-D of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood., being a part of said Ordinance No. 570,
and. which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and. to cause the same to
be published. once in the Lynwood. Press, a newspaper of general eircu-
lation, printed., published., and. circulated. in the City of Lynwood..
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council of said.
City held. on the 18th d.ay of September, 1956, and finally adopted. and.
ordered. published. at a regular meeting of said. Council held. on the
2nd. day of October, 1956, by the following vote:
