AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO< 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0.
570•
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land. use plan of the City of
Lynwood. as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended. by
classifying that property known as "Ozell Manor Annex No. 6" as
Zone R-3.
Section 2; The said. classification shall apply iri the
manner set forth in detail in .the amendatory part of the zoning map
of the City o£ Lynwood., being a part of said. Ordinance No. 570 and.
which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and. directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and. to cause the same to
be published. once in the Lynwood. Press, a newspaper of general ci_rcu-
lation, printed., published., and circulated. in the,City o£ Lynwood..
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said. City held. on the 20th day of November, 1956, and finally
adopted. and. ordered. published. at a regular meeting of said. Council
held. on the 4th day of December, 1956 by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Compton, Finch, McMeekin,
Pend.er. and. Summers.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent:Councilmen None.
