A. FY16 Budget—Public Hearing (45 minutes)
A presentation will be made of the FY16 Budget. Comments will be taken from staff,
parents and citizens. The Superintendent, Principal, or School Committee may take
action to amend or approve the FY16 Budget.

C. FY15 Budget Update (20 minutes)
Giovanna Venditti, Director of Finance and Operations, will review the expenditure report.
The Committee will review the potential budget deficit at Stony Brook School.
D. School Surplus Inventory
Surplus inventory has been identified at both schools and a vote is required to declare
this property surplus.
E. Appointments
A vote is needed for selecting a Union 54 voting member and to appoint someone to the
Cape Cod Collaborative as a Brewster representative.
