AN ORDINANCE ,AMENDING. ORDINANCE N0. 57o FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0.

The City Council of the City of Lynwood. does ordain as
Section l: The official land. use plan of the City of
Lynwood. as established. by Ordinance No, 570 is hereby amended. by
reclassifying that certain property described. below from .Zone R-3
to Zones C-2 and. P-1:
Lots 5, 57, 65, 66, 67, 115, 116, 117, 118; 128., 129,
130 (SW 40 ft of ), 168~(ex the my 25 ft of ), 16g, 170, 171,
Licensed. Surveyors Map, Book 16, Page 37, from Zone R-3 to.Zone
C-2;
The northerly, 25 ft of Lot 168, Licensed Surveyor E's
Map, Book 16, Page 37,-from Zone R-3 to Zone P-l.
Section 2: The said. classifications shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part 2-D of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood., being a part of said. Ord.i_nance No. 570,
and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and. directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood. Press, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed., published., and. circulated. in the City of Lynwood..
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council of said.
City held. on the 18th d.ay of September, 1956, and finally adopted and.
ordered. published. at a regular meeting of said. Council held. on the
2nd. day of October, 1956, by the following vote;
