AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NQ. 570 FOR-THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE,ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECfiION OR THE
20NING E~AP h~HICH IS A PART OF ,SATt3 ORDINANCE N0,
57a.
The Gity Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
eLa's"sfying that property knotim as "Wright Road Annex No. 10"~ as
Zone M-i.
Section 2s The said classification shall apply in the manner
set forth in detail in the amendatory part of the zoning map'of the
City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 57C and which
amendatory part is a part hereof:
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage oP this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press., a newspaper of general
circulation; printed, published., and. circulated in the City of
Lynwood..
First read at a regular meeting oP the City. Council of
said City held on the 18th day of September, 1956, and finally
adopted and ordered, published at a regular meeting of said Council
held on the 2nd. day 'of October; 1956, by the following.vote•:,,.
Ayes; Councilmen Finch, McMeekin, pander, Summers,
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen Compton. ,
