AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR :THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF-SAID ORDINANCE
No. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood. does ordain as
follows:
.Section 1: The official land. use plan of_.the_,City of ,_ _,
Lynvaood. as established by Ord.ina.nce No. 570 is hereby amended. by
reclassifying that certain property described. below from Zones R-1
and. C-2 to Zone R-3:
That portion of Lot 14, Tract No. 5103, described. as
follows: Lot commencing South 6° 39~' West 25 ft from the most
northeast corner of said. lot; th North 84° OOq 20" West 60.10 ft;
th South 6° 39e' West 195 ft; th North 84° OOA 20" West 50 ft; th
South 6° 39 r. West 103.61 ft; th South 84° 7t 10" East 110.10 ft;
th North 6° 39~ East 298.43 ft to the point of beginning, from
Zones R-1 and C-2 to Zone R-3;
That portion of Lot 15, Traet No. 5103 described. as
follows: Lot commencing South 6° 39x West 25 ft and North 84° 008
20" West 120 ft from the most northeast corner of said. lot; th
North. 84° OOC 20" West 63.50 ft; th South 6° 39?' West 215.37 ft;
th South 84° 00` 20" East 63.5 ft; th North 6° 39t'East to the
point of beginning, from Zone R-1 to Zone R-3.
Section 2: The said. classification shall apply in the manner
set forth in detail in the amendatory part 1-F of the zoning map of
the City of Lynwood, being a part of said. Ordinance No. 570, and.
which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and. directed. to
certify to the passage of this ordinance and. to cause the same to be
published. once in the Lynwood. Press, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published., and circulated in the City of Lynwood..
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council of said.
City held. on the 21st d.ay of August, 1956, and finally adopted and.
ordered. published. at a regular meeting of said. Council held. on the
4th day of September, 1956, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Compton, Finch, McMeekin Pender ~ mPrs.
Noes: Councilmen None.
