" - ' SECTION I. Pursuant to publihed notice, a public hearing t

has been duly held, and the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa, hereby- 1
adopts the revised ordinances as the. 1982 Municipal Code. ,:�

4 SECTION II. An official copy of the,'Municipal Code, as. s'
. adopted, including acertification,by the+Clerk as to its - , •4 m
� " adoption and effective date, is on file at the office of the
' City Clerk. a .

SECTION III. Copies of the Code°shall be kept available - _
at the City Clerk's office for public inspection and sale at
. V cost. . .
SECTION IV.. All general ordinances or parts thereof passed
prior to August 11, 1982, 1982 not contained in the Tiffin
Code of Ordinances are hereby repealed except as hereafter' .
provided, or special ordinances named.
