AN .ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
NO. 570-

The City Council of the City of Lynwood- does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land. use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by OrdS.nance No. 570 is hereby amended. by
classifying that property known as "Ozell Manor Annex No. 5" as
Zone R-1.
Section 2: The said cla-ssification shall.apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part of the zoning map
of the City of Lynwood., being a part of said. Ordinance No. 570 and
which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and directed.
to certify to the passage of this ord.:i.nanee and. to cause the same
to be published. once in the Lynwood. Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed., published., and circulated. in the City of Lynwood..
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Couneil of said.
City held. on the 20th d.ay of March, 1956 and finally adopted. and.
ordered. published at a regular meeting of said. Council held on the
3rd day of April, 1956 by the following-vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Bruner, McMeekin, Pearson
Pender, Willard..
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen None.
