ORDINANCE N0. 641
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0.

The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ord.a.in a.s
follows:
Section l: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended. by
reclassifying that certain property described as follows from M-1
to M-2:
That portion of the C. H. Watts land in San Antonio
Rancho commencing South 70° 451 East 270.12 ft from
the intersection of the southeast line of Wright Road
(50 ft wide) with the northeast line of Century Boule-
vard (50 ft wide) said point being the true point of
beginning; then North 11° 181 34" East 335.36 ft;
thence South 86° 361 35'~ East to the westerly line of
the Los Angeles County Flood Control Channel; thence
southerly along said westerly line of the Los Angeles
County Flood Control Channel to the northeast line of
said Century Boulevard; thence westerly along said north-
westerly line of said Century Boulevard to the point of
beginning.
That portion of Lots 2 and 5 of the Slausson"Tract on
the Cerritos and San Antonio Rancho commencing North
70° 451 West 616.98 ft from the northeast corner of
Lot 2,-said point being the true point of beginning;
thence South 7° 91 10" West 1066.46 ft; thence North
70° 451 West 208 ft; thence North 7° 91 10" East to
the southerly line of Centur~~TT Boulevard (50 ft wide);
thence South 70° 451 East 203 ft to the point of
beginning.
That portion of Lot 5 of the Slausson Tract on the
Cerritos and. San Antonio Rancho commencing on the
northeast line of said Lot 5 South 71° 251 40" East
378.71 ft from the southeast line of Wright Road.
(33 ft wide); thence southeast on said northeast line
464.89 ft; thence South 6° 431 30" West 185.55 ft;"
thence North 67° 371 36" west 508.89 ft; thence North
22° 221 24" East 147.85 ft to the point of beginning.
Section 2: The said. classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in d.eta.il in the amendatory part 3-G of the zoning
ma.p of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said. Ordinance No. 570
and. which amendatory part is a part hereof.

Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held. on the 17th day of January, 1956 and finally adopted
a.nd. ordered. published at a regular meeting of said. Council held on
the 7th day of February, 1956, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Bruner, Pearson, Pender.
Noes: Councilmen
None.
