B. Fundraisinp- Poliev (10 imputes)
The committee will review the fundraising policy for a first reading.
C. October I Enrollment (5 winutes)
Superintendent Conrad will report on October 1 enrollment figures.
D. MCAS Presentation (20 minutes)
Keith Gauley and Joanna Hughes will present data and information on the results of the
2015 MCAS administration.
E. FYI Budiact Review(15 ininutes)
Giovanna Venditti will review the expense reports.
F. FYI Budvet Process Timeline (10 minutes)
The Superintendent will discuss the FYI budget development process, format, content
and timeline. Included will be any guidelines received from member towns and a list
of preliminary information for developing the FYI budget.
G. Tuition Student (10 minutes)
The Committee will be updated on the two tuitions students in out-of-district placements,
H. MASC. Conference (10 ininutes)
The committee will discuss the MASC resolutions and vote a delegate.
1. Substance Abuse Committee (5 ininutes)
Development of a committee to create strategies and programs to assist students and
parents at all levels. Select one school committee member to serve on this committee.
J. Moving time of School Committee Meetinu (5 minutes)
Consider moving the start time of the meetings to 6;00 p.m.
