ORDINANCE NO. 631
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE.
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0.

The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
reclassifying that certain property described as follows from
Zone R-1 to Zone R-3: Lots 18 and 19, Tract No. 18629.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the

manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part/of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No.
570 and which amendatory part is a part hereof,
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and. directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and. to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 16th day of August, 1955 and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 6th day of September, 1955, by the following vote:
