ORDINANCE N0. 629
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0.

The City Council of the City of Lynwood. does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: The official land. use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No, 570 is hereby amended
by reclassifying that certain property described. as follows from
Zone R-1 to Zone R-3;
Lot com S 71° E 456:,17 ft from the most westerly
corner of Lot 2 of the J.J. Bullis Tract as shown
on map recorded in Book 3 pages 612 and 613 of
Miscellaneous records of Los Angeles County; th
s 71° E 136 ft with a uniform depth of 315.94 ft;
N 19° 15f. E.
Section 2: The said. classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood., being a part of said Ordinance No.
570 and. which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 21st day of June, 1955 and finally adopted and.
ordered. published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 5th day of July, 1955, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Bruner, McMeekin, Pearson,
Pend.er.
Noes: Councilmen: None.
Absent: Councilman Will .
