ORDINANCE NO. 622
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 570 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF TRACT N0.
20680; PROVIDING THAT A PORTION THEREOF SHALL
BE RESERVED FOR PUBLIC OFF-STREET PARKING, AND
THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE ZONING
MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0. 570.

The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
reclassifying Tract No. 20680 as follows:
Lots 28 to 43, both inclusive, and Lots 52 to
65, both inclusive, Zone R-3;
Lots 15 to 23, both inclusive Lots 26, 27, 44,
45, 4g, 50, 51, 66, 67, and. 6~, Zone P-1;
Lots 1 to 14, both inclusive, and Lots 24, 25,
46, 47, 48, and 6g, Zone C-2;
Lots 70 and. 71, Zone C-2;
Provided further that a minimum of 50~ of the area
of Lots 70 and 71 shall be reserved for the exclusive
use of public off-street parking and improved. in
accordance with Chapter 12 of Ordinance No. 570.
Section 2: The said. classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part "C-1" of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood., being a part of said Ordinance No. 570
and. which amendatory part is apart hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and. circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held. on the 18th d.ay of January, 1955, and.finally adopted and.
ordered published a.t a regular meeting of said Council held. on the 1st
day of February, 1955, by the following vote:
