AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF THE
ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE N0.
570•
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land. use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended. by
classifying that property known as "t^lright Road Annex No, 6" as
Zone M-2.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part of the zoning map
of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570 and
which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered. and. directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and. to cause the same
to be published. once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed., published, and circulated. in the City of Lynwood.
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held. on the 4th day of January, 1955, and finally adopted and.
ordered. published. at a regular meeting of said Couneil held on the
18th d.ay of January, 1955, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Bruner, McMeekin, Pearson, Pender,
Willard.
Noes: Councilmen: NonP_
