ORDINANCE NO. 620
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR.
THE PURPOSE OF CLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PRO-
PERTIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION
OF THE ZONING MAP ~dHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
No. 57G.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established. by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
classifying that property known as "Ozell Manor Annex No. 4" as
Zone R-l.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part of the zoning map
of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance No. 570 and
which amendatory part is apart hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and. directed.
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and. to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed., published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood..
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 4th day of January, 1955, and finally adopted.
and. ordered. published at a'regular meeting of said Council held on
the 18th day of January, 1955, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Bruner, McMeekin, Pearson, Pender;
Willard.
Noes: Councimen: None.
Absent: Councilmen: None.
