RESOLUTION NO. 81 -2032
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY LIMITING CAMPAIGN
MATERIAL TO BE INCLUDED WITH SAMPLE BALLOT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. In accordance with Section 10012 of the Election
Code, no candidate shall be allowed to prepare separately other
materials to be sent to each voter in addition to the sample
ballot, the voter's pamphlet, and the candidate's statement.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 1981.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was adopted by
the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meeting
held on the 1st day of December, 1981, by the following vote of the
Council:
AYES: Councilmen - Atkins, Dennis, Tyrell, Merritt
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen- Gillanders
