ORDINANCE N0. 603
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD FIXING THE
TIP+fE AND PLACE OF MEETINGS OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF SAID CITY, AND REPEALING ORDINANCES NUMBERS
103, 111, 126, 154, and 165.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The regular meetings of the City Council of
the City of Lynwood shall be held on the first and third Tuesdays
of each month at the hour of '7:30 p. m, of said days; provided, how-
ever, that when the meeting days as above provided fall upon a legal
holiday, then such meeting shall be held on the next succeeding day
that is not a legal holiday.
Section 2: All meetings of the City Council, regular or
special, shall be held in that certain building designated as 11330
Bullia Road, which building is known as the °City Hall of the City
of Lynwood.
Section 3: This ordinance is urgently required and shall
be in effect immediately upon adoption as a new city hall building
is now complete and. ready for occupancy.
Section 4: Ordinances Numbers 103, 111, 126, 154, 165,
and all other ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the
provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 5: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and shall cause same to be published once in the
Lym~ood Press, a newspaper of general circulation printed and eircu-
lated in the City of Lynwood,
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 17th day of November, 1953, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
1st day of December, 1953 by the following vote: ~~
Ayes: Councilmen Bruner, Daetweiler Pearson
Sneddon, and Willard.
Noes: Councilmen None.
Absent: Councilmen
