ORDINANCE N0. 602
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPER-
TIES AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF
THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
No. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l: The official land use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
reclassifying that property described as follows:
Presently zoned R-1 and R-2 property lying southerly of
Cedar Avenue to the southerly city limits, extending from Long Beach
Boulevard to the easterly line of the Belle Vernon Acres to R-3•
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part C-4 of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 570 and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of. this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Fress, a newspaper of general circu-
lation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the 3rd day of November, 1953 and finally adopted and. ordered
published at a regular meeting of said Council held. on the 17th day
of November, 1953, by the following vote:

Bruner, Daetweiler, Pearson,
Sneddon, and Willard.
