ORDINANCE N0. 601
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING
ORDINANCE N0. 460 OF SAID CITY BY ADDING THERE-
TO A NEW SECTION TO BE DESIGNATED AS SECTION 2-A
AND REPEALING ORDINANCE N0. 506 OF SAID CITY.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain
as follows:
Section l: Ordinance No. 460 is amended by adding thereto
a new section to be designated as Section 2-A and to read as follows:
"SECTION 2-A: All official meetings of the Recreation
Commission shall be held at the Lynwood Community Center. A regular
meeting of the Recreation Commission shall be held on the fourth
Tuesday of each and every month at 7:30 p.m. in the Lynwood Community
Center. The Recreation Commission may hold such other meetings as
it may from time to time prescribe in accordance with this ordinance,
its rules and regulations, and parlimentary procedure."
Section 2: Ordinance No. 506 of the City of Lynwood is
hereby repealed.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of the ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 6th day of October, 1953, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
3rd day of November 1953, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Bruner, Daetweiler, Pearson,
Sneddon, and Willard,
Noes: Councilmen .None.
Absent: Councilmen
