THE ZONING IdAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDITANCE
No. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
f ollows:
Section l: The official land. use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by 0-rdina.nce No. 570 is hereby amended by
reelasifying Lots 1 to 13, inclusive, and Lots 2Ik to 38, inclusive,
Tra,et No. 18955, from Zone R-1 to Zone R-2; and that portion~of Lot
1 and Lot 6 of Slausson Tract lying between the northerly line of
Fernwood Avenue and. the easterly prolongation of the center line of
Cortland Avenue, and. lying westerly of `vlright I-coa.d, from Zone R-1
and. Zone R-3 to Zone M-l.
Section 2: 'Ihe said classification. shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part 3-F of the zoning
map of the City of Lynwood., being a part of said. Ordinance No. 570
and which ~mendato-ry part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passs.ge of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood. Press, a newapa.per. of general circu-
lation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood.
First read at a regv.lar meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 18tY~ day of August, 1953 and finally adopted..
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 1st day of September, 1953, by the following vote:
