AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNV~100D AMEIQDING
ORDIId_APICE N0. 556, SECTION 71, ARTICLE V.
The City Council of the City of Lyni~rood does hereby ordain
as follows:
Section 1: That Secticn 71, Article V of Ordinance No. 556
shall be amended to read as follows:
"Section 71: Engineer to Collect Permit Fee.
'Before issuing any permit as required by this ordinance,
the Engineer shall collect a fee of Ten Dollars 0 10.00), which fee
shall be separate and. apart from any fees o.r deposits collected or
imposed under provisions of any other ordinance or regulation, or by
reason of~any license, agreement, or contract between the applicant
and any other Public Agency.'
Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of t!iis ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a. ne~~rspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynvrood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of said
City held on the 19th day of IQay, 1953, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held. on the
2nd_ day of June, 1953, by the following' vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Bruner, Daetweiler, Pearson
Sneddon, and ti9illard.
Noes: Councilmen
Absent:Couneilmen None.
