AN ORDINANCE APdEA1DING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPER-
TIES AIlID THE ADOPTION OF AN ARYEIIDED SECTION OF
THE ZONING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
N0. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood_ does ordain a.s
follows:
Section 1: The official land. use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended by
reclassifying Lots 1 to 20, Tract 15325 from Zone R-3 to Zone R-l.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part "~-D" of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part pf said Ordinance
No. 570 and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify 'to the passage of. this ordinance and to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published, and. circulated in the City of
Lynwood.
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 21st day of April, 1953 and finally adopted
and ordered -published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 5th day of May, 1953, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Bruner, Daetweiler, Pearson,
Sneddon Willard.
Noes: Councilmen: None.
Absent: Councilmen: None.
