A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE GRANTING A
FIVE PIONT SEVEN PERCENT (5.7%) PERFORMANCE MERIT INCREASE TO THE TOWN
ATTORNEY
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
TRUCKEE, as follows:
That a five point seven percent (5.7%) performance merit increase is hereby approved
and adopted effective February 1, 2008 for the Town Attorney of the Town of Truckee.

The foregoing Resolution was introduced at a Regular Meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Truckee, held on the 21s` day of February, 2008 by Council Member Susman who
' moved its adoption, which motion being duly seconded by Council Member Dee and adopted by
the following vote:
AYES: Council Member Susman, Council Member Dee, and Mayor Green.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Council Member Anderson and Vice Mayor Brown.
