AN ORDINAIQCE A?dGi~DING ORDINACE N0, 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CLAS5IFTCATION OF CERTAIA? PROPERTIES
AND THE ADOPTION OF AN AR4EDIDED SECTION OF THE
ZOIdIIQG REAP VdHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDITdANCE N0,
570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: The official land, use plan of the City of
Lynwood as established by Ordinance No. .570 is hereby amended by
class ifying that property known as °Ydright Road Annex No. 5" as
follot~s:
A11 that property lving westerly of Wright Road be
classified a.s Zone R-1; all that property lying easterly of t~dright
Road be classified as Zone id-1.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part of the zoning map
of the City of Lynwood, being a. part of said Ordinance No. 570 and
which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynvrood Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed, published, and circulated in the City of Lynwood,
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of 'said
City held on the 20th day of January, 1953, and finally adopted a.nd
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on the
3rd day of February, 1-953, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Bruner, Da.etweiler, Pearson, and.
Sneddon,
Noes: Councilmen None.
.Absent: Councilmen None.
Declined to Vote: Counc
