AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD, COUNTY
OF LOS ANGELES,. STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AMEND-
ING PARAGRAPH 1 OF SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE N0.
410.
The City Counci7_ of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section l: Paragraph 1 of Section 2 of Ordinance No. 410
is amended to provide as follows;
The Planning Commission of the City of Lynvrood shall
consist of nine (9) members, seven of whom shall be appointed by
the City Council, and one (1) ex officio member, which shall be
the City Engineer or his designated_ deputy, a,nd one (1).other ex
officio member, who shal7_ be the secreta,r,y of said Commission, to
be selected by the City Council.
Section 2: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance a.nd to cause the same
to be published once in the Lynwood Press, a newspaper of general
circulation printed, published, and_ circulated in the City of LynoJOOd,
First read. at a regular meeting of the City Couneil of said
City held on the 5th day of November, 19,x,2, and finally adopted and
ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held.on the
18th d_ay of November, 1952, by the following vote:
Ayea: Councilmen Bruner, Da.etweiler, Pearson,
Sneddon, and d^lillard.
Noes: Councilmen None,
Absent:Councilrnen
None.
