AN ORDINANCE AMEATDING ORDINANCE N0. 570 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF RECLASSIr^ICATION OF CERTAIN PROPER-
TIES AND THE ADOPTION OF ADr AMETQDED SECTION OF
THE ZONING MAP ~4HICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
No. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: The official land. use plan of the City of
L,ynoaood a.s established by Ordinance No. 570 is hereby amended, by
reclassifying Lots 39, 40, and ~l, Block 18, Mod,~eska Park from
R-2 to R-3.
Section z; The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part ~~2-B° of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No. 57o and which amendatory part is a part hereof.
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage of this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published_ once in the Lyno-rood Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed, published, and circulated i_n the City of Lynwood,
First read a.t a rep~ular meeting of the City Council of
said City held on the 5th day of November, 1852 and finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said, Council held.. on
the 18th day of November, 1952, by the following vote:
