PURPOSE OF RECLASSIFICATION OF CERTAIN PROPEu?-
TIES AND THE ADOPT TON OF AN AMENDED SECTION OF
THE ZOATING MAP WHICH IS A PART OF SAID ORDINANCE
N0. 570.
The City Council of the City of Lyn:aood does ordain as
follows:
Section 1: The official land use plan of the City of Lyn-
wood as eatablished by Ordinance ATO. 570 is hereby amended by re-
classifying that property d.escribed_ as Follows;
Lots 996, 997, 998, 999, Tract 3025, presently zoned
R-1 to R-3.
Section 2: The said classification shall apply in the
manner set forth in detail in the amendatory part "3-C" of the
zoning map of the City of Lynwood, being a part of said Ordinance
No, 570 and which amendatory part is a part hereof,
Section 3: The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed
to certify to the passage oP this ordinance and to cause the same to
be published once in the Lynwood_ Press, a newspaper of general cir-
culation, printed, published, and.. circulated in the City of Lynwood,
First read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
said. City held on the 19th day of August, 1952, and. finally adopted
and ordered published at a regular meeting of said Council held on
the 2nd day of September,,1957_, by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen Bruner, Daetweiler, Pearson,
Snedd_on and 64illard
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None
